This site is under construction.The intended content is part of a Private Green Energy Technician Certification Program. In the absence of a National or State technician certification standards, there are programs that have been established by Private enterprise funded partially by Department of Energy.

It is my intent to offer these certification programs to Veterans,if possible. It would be better if VA offered these training programs online. Available to veterans as part of the many training packages including Chapter 31 Vocational Rehabilitation.
